Joe has fixed many problems with my various computers (with varying operating systems) and has also helped me set up my home network. I have a home based business and homeshcool my children so when my computers have a problem I need them fixed yesterday! I have never met anyone with more computer expertise than Joe. I will be totally baffled by my computer hiccups and Joe will wiz through the keys at light speed and before I know it I have my computer working better than before.
